Return Policy

In Store Return Policy 

Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of the items listed below, may be returned within 14 days to the original method of payment. All Merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached) to be eligible for a return.

The following items are non-returnable: 

• Intimate items including bodysuits, underwear, face masks, hats, hair accessories, blankets, and beauty products. 
• Any item(s) marked-down on clearance, or items labeled FINAL SALE
• Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains, or tags removed

Receipts are used to look up the original payment method. If you have lost your receipt, email returns@hollieray.com to be assisted further. Store credit for the current product price for an item may be issued if an order cannot be found.

Online Return Policy

Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of the items listed below, may be returned within 14 days to the original method of payment. A return shipping fee of $5.95 will be subtracted from your return when using our pre-paid return shipping label to mail back your item(s). All Merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached) to be eligible for a return.

The following items are non-returnable: 

• Intimate items including bodysuits, underwear, face masks, hats, hair accessories, blankets, and beauty products. 
• Candles due to the heavy shipping costs associated with these items (may be returned in person at a Hollie Ray location only)
• Any item(s) marked-down on clearance, or items labeled FINAL SALE
• Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains, or tags removed

Defective Merchandise

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, we will happily replace your item at no expense to you, or refund your card if a replacement is not possible. Please contact returns@hollieray.com to start your replacement/return process.

Worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defects only, for repair or replacement per manufacturer's instructions. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, a refund will be issued based on the original method of payment with a valid invoice. Normal wear and tear and failure to follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a manufacturing defect. No returns for defective merchandise after 45 days.

Manufacture Defects include: Straps breaking, seams coming apart or frayed, zipper breaking after minimal use, buttons falling off after minimal use, button loops becoming detached, discoloration, soles on shoes coming apart, straps on shoes breaking, jewelry clasp breaking.

Returning Items Purchase Online In-Store:

You may return your merchandise to any Hollie Ray location. You must provide a copy of your invoice when returning merchandise to a store. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. The same return policy applies when returning in stores, however, the return shipping fee will be waived.
