Refund Policy:
In Store Purchases:
Full-priced merchandise may be returned within 14 days to the original method of payment. All Merchandise must be in its original condition to be eligible for a return. Receipts are used to look up the original payment method, and therefore returns without a receipt may result in store credit.
Please note the following items are non-returnable:
- Any item(s) marked on clearance sale, or labeled FINAL SALE
- Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
- All intimates, bodysuits, underwear, hair accessories and beauty products
- All accessories including: shoes, hats, jewelry, masks, scarves
- Home goods including: candles, mugs, notebooks, blankets, pillowcases and spa items
Items purchased through our online shop are not returnable in store. Please see below for instructions on how to return an item purchased online.

Online Purchases:
Full-priced merchandise may be returned within 14 days to the original method of payment. All Merchandise must be in its original condition to be eligible for a return. Please send an email to returns@hollieray.com to request a return label. Return shipping is a flat $5.95 fee that is subtracted from your return when the item is received and processed by our warehouse. Return package must be postmarked within 14 days of original delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed minus a fee of $5.95 for the cost of the return label. You may choose your own return shipping method to avoid this fee. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a 2-3 day processing time before a refund is posted.
If you feel as though there is an error in receiving your refund, please contact us at customercare@hollieray.com.
All accessories (ie. hats, jewelry, intimates, and shoes) are non returnable.
Sale items - Final Sale
Unfortunately, items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange it for a replacement item, send us an email at customercare@hollieray.com. Please notify us within 7 days to inform us of a damaged item. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be granted and a free return label may be provided if needed.
Holiday Return Policy
Any eligible items purchased between Nov 1-Dec 31 may be returned to the original method of payment through Jan 14th, 2022. Items accompanied by a gift receipt will be issued a Store Credit. Accessories including hats, jewelry, candles, hair accessories, masks, spa, and intimates are not eligible for return. Any item(s) marked FINAL SALE or purchased on clearance cannot be returned. All Merchandise must be in original condition (tags attached & unworn). Returns without a receipt may result in store credit only.
