Shipping Information
We provide free standard shipping for all orders over $50 placed online. However there will be an additional cost for expedited shipping, which is not covered by Hollie Ray. The following shipping costs apply:

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Online orders can take 1-3 business days to process and ship out to you. After the order is shipped it can take between 2-5 business days for standard shipping! If you need it sooner, please select expedited shipping a checkout. Expedited orders placed by 3:00pm CST will be shipped the same day; after 3:00pm CST expedited orders will be shipped the following business day!
For international shipping it can take on average 7-21 business days to arrive. Typically it doesn't take this long, however please be aware there might be shipping delays.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, therefore please allow extra time for orders placed on a weekend day. If you need urgent assistance on a weekend day, please reach out to us through our chat feature or email customercare@hollieray.com if the chat window is closed.
Candles and shoes are excluded from international shipping. Any international orders containing candles or shoes will be refunded within 1-2 business days.
