Refund Policy:

In Store Purchases:

All merchandise must be returned in original condition within 30 days for Store Credit only. 

If the item is marked FINAL SALE, no returns will be processed

Merchandise must be in original condition (tags attached & unworn). Please bring your receipt when returning or exchanging an item.

We are a locally owned small business and we appreciate your understanding that every return impacts our business greatly. If you have any questions about our in store policy, please send the owners an email at info@hollieray.com and we’ll be happy to address any concerns.

Online Purchases:

If you would like to return an item, please notify us within 7 days to receive a free return label. Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. To complete your return, please contact us at customercare@hollieray.com for a return shipping label. Please do not send your purchase back without an approved return authorization.

Merchandise must be in original condition (tags attached and unworn). Items showing obvious signs of wear may not be returned; your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it; merchandise should not be damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If the item is marked FINAL SALE, no returns will be processed.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a 2-3 day processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you feel as though there is an error in receiving your refund, please contact us at customercare@hollieray.com.

    Sale items - Final Sale
    Unfortunately, items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be refunded.

    Damaged Items
    We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange it for a replacement item, send us an email at customercare@hollieray.com. Please notify us within 7 days to inform us of a damaged item. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be granted and a free return label may be provided if needed.
