In Store Purchases:

All merchandise must be returned within 7 days for Store Credit only.

Merchandise must be in original condition (tags attached & unworn). Please bring your receipt when returning or exchanging an item.

Online Purchases

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of an item if you need to return an item. Full priced (non-sale) merchandise must be post marked within 14 days for a full refund; marked-down (sale items) must be returned within 14 days for a Store Credit only. If the item is marked FINAL SALE, no returns will be processed. Merchandise must be in original condition (tags attached & unworn).

Our policy 14 lasts days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For Online Orders: To complete your return, please contact us at for a return authorization number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the product arrived damaged; see below). Please do not send your purchase back without an approved return authorization.

Refund may not be granted if:
There are any obvious signs of use
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is post-marked more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (or store credit, if sale item). Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items - Final Sale
Unfortunately items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange it for a replacement item, send us an email at Please notify us within 7 days to return a damaged item.
