In Store Purchases:
All merchandise must be returned in original condition within 30 days for Store Credit only.
If the item is marked FINAL SALE, no returns will be processed.
Merchandise must be in original condition (tags attached & unworn). Please bring your receipt when returning or exchanging an item.
We are a locally owned small business and we appreciate your understanding that every return impacts our business greatly. If you have any questions about our in store policy, please send the owners an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to address any concerns.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of an item if you need to return an item. We will send a free return shipping label for your use. Returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery date for a full refund of the merchandise purchased minus shipping cost; items returned outside of the return window or without approval may be given Store Credit only.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit for the merchandise will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. If the item is marked FINAL SALE, no returns will be processed.
Merchandise must be in original condition (tags attached & unworn). Items showing obvious signs of wear may not be returned; your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Online Orders Only: To complete your return, please contact us at email@example.com for a return shipping label. Please do not send your purchase back without an approved return authorization.
Refund may not be granted if:
- There are any obvious signs of use
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is post-marked more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note, we subtract an $8 shipping fee when using the return label provided, which is strongly encouraged for quick returns. If you should chose to use your own shipping method to return your item(s), please ship to:
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a 2-3 day processing time before a refund is posted.
If you feel as though there is an error in receiving your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items - Final Sale
Unfortunately items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be refunded.
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange it for a replacement item, send us an email at email@example.com. Please notify us within 7 days to inform us of a damaged item. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be granted and a free return label may be provided if needed.
