All online orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout. All standard shipping costs are free on orders over $50, but customers who chose expedited shipping will be required to cover the shipping fee. All international orders are charged a $19.95 fee from Hollie Ray and all international customers will be responsible for any customs fees. Hollie Ray is not responsible for customs fees once it leaves our facility.

Our exterior paint color is called Dried Thyme by Sherwin Williams! We love it too!

Do you have a Holiday Return policy?
Purchases made between Nov 1- Dec 25th may be issued a gift receipt at the customer’s request. This gift receipt allows the recipient to receive store credit through Jan 15th. The regular 7 day window applies for returns made to the original payment method.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free standard shipping for all orders over $50 placed online. However there will be an additional cost for expedited shipping, which is not covered by Hollie Ray. The following shipping costs apply:

How does your sizing run?
It typically depends on the brand, as we carry multiple brands in our stores! We do not carry junior brands, so most of our items will fit true to size. However, we include the fit on each product as well as model sizing to help you find your correct size. If you are unsure, please reach out to us through our chat feature and we can assist you further!
What is your best selling item?
The Ryu Sweater from Kerisma is one our best selling items, so much so that we have dubbed it "The Perfect Sweater." We carry it in multiple colors during the cooler seasons, and every customer loves it because of how flattering it is! We have carried this sweater for over 6 years, and our customers keep coming back for more!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Online orders can take 1-3 business days to process and ship out to you. After the order is shipping it can take between 2-5 business days for standard shipping! If you need it sooner, please select expedited shipping a checkout. Expedited orders placed by 3:00pm CST will be shipped the same day; after 3:00pm CST expedited orders will be shipped the following business day!
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, therefore please allow extra time for orders placed on a weekend day. If you need urgent assistance on a weekend day, please reach out to us through our chat feature or email email@example.com if the chat window is closed.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Returns are processed Monday-Friday, therefore please allow extra time for returns that arrive back to us on a weekend day. You will receive a notification once we have processed your return. It can take 2-3 business days for some banks to show a return back to your bank account. If you need assistance, please reach out to us through firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that our business hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm CST and we will reply within business hours.
